Pours deep gold into an English pint. Off-white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant sheets to skim surface. Sourdough, toffee and caramel aromas. Soft with dark caramel and toffee upfront turning to hot yeast before the lasting bitter earth finish. Tastes much more than the 4.2% listed, and the 4.7% in the description.

Draught at Capones: Aroma of faint floral hops, malt, grain, cereal, and a hint of minerals. Poured copper/amber in color with a large, creamy, dense, rocky, off-white/tan head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, slight florals, grass, resin, slight grain, slight minerals, and wood. Medium body. Sticky, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hop, wood, grass, mineral finish is dry. A nice session bitter.

Clear orange with a great looking head. Aroma has light citrus and earthy hop notes, mild caramel malt, some toast. Flavor is much the same with noticeable, but thankfully restrained, bitterness. Easy going and quite refreshing. I wish this was easier to find.

Had at Belgian with Justin. Pour is a medium gold with little lasting head. Aroma is super earthy with lots of malts and almost a hint of almonds and chocolate. Flavor is bread, almonds, and malts. Not my style at all.

On tap at the Publick House. Pours a clear orange gold with a medium to large honeyed beige head. Light citrus, sweet malt and a touch of honey. Medium bodied, sweet and with some nice malt and a bit more earth citrus hop flavors coming through. Finishes crisp and earthy with a nice slow grapefruit bitterness. Tasty and sessionable.
