Bottle thanks to a trade. Pours a near clean earthy orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and hay with a touch of flora and a good amount of chamomile. Flavor has more light fruit with a bit of sweet flora and a strong chamomile note as well.

A - pours hazy golden orange with 2 finger very long lasting head. S - very malty aromas up front. Yeasty and mineraly. Some floral and sweet fresh citrus notes. M - creamy mf. Average palate. Lingering sweet malty end with some alcohol warmth. T - malty brew. Bready and caramel malts are muddled together with strong yeasts stronger citrus. Sweet, malt heavy brew with some hop profile. The floral notes are lost in the maltiness. Citrus and malt heavy. O - not at all what I had hoped. 3.2 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 750 ml Corked and Caged bottle. Hazy straw color with a white head of foam. Aroma is very floral and dry. All the flowers really stand out here. Taste is very dry and floral. Can’t get past that. A little more complexity could help this beer.

Hazy light yellow with a white head. Aroma is ginger, floral and wheat. Flavor is wheat, ginger, oranges and vanilla. Medium carbonation and medium mouthfeel.

750ml bottle from Roy’s Ft. Pierce. Aroma is floral and ome hints of citrus, slightly on the sweet side. Taste is sweet forward, light on the floral. Very interesting palate, hard to isolate flavors, but do detect hints of lavender and citrus. Very interesting. Enjoyed!

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy, murky brownish orange with a small white head. Aroma is almost that of a cider, tart apples, tons of flowers, some tartness, very interesting. Flavour is quite tart, with sour apple cider, more fruity than floral, though the flowers no doubt create these flavours, and a slight vinegary character. Finishes slightly tart and fruity. What a weird beer this is - kind of fun, though containing none of the traditional saison characteristics - not rustic, funky, yeasty or anything. A fun experiment, but becomes quite difficult to drink after a while.

Bomber. Split with me. Pours dark hazy golden. Nose is lavender, lemon, honey, orange. Taste is lavender up front, with lemon and honey - almost like a Ricola, vanilla, caramel.

7.7% Bottle. Cloudy amber beer. Light lemon and flowers nose. Quite low carbonation in the light palate. A little dry. Sweet complex beer. There is a light perfume sweetness from the various flowers and a bitterish aftertaste I think from the Lavender. The chamomile and rose are seamlessly blended. Finishes neutral palate with more floral sweetness. Unique and highly enjoyable.

pushkinwow (2895) - Ottawa, CANADA - MAY 25, 2012
Bottle sampled at Ottawa tasting #2. Hazy gold with a generous enough white head. Cardomon, lemon zest, light pepper, ginger, grains, oddly a bit of rosemary (nose might have been off by this point though), some honey and a earthy undertone. Medium body and moderate carbonation, felt light compared to the ABV but it was quite nice, little dry at the end and the floral and spice notes linger on the palate. Glad I got to try this.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. A cloudy straw color. Lots of herbal and spicy notes. A soft tartness that helps showcase the floral and herbal character of this beer. I liked this beer very much.
