For a low cal beer this is as good as it gets. Same great taste and still filling! ClarkVV (6893) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 4, 2006

Very pale brass color, with an almost greenish tint, extremely clear with a timid white head that quickly runs for cover. No lacing.
Nose is very cerealic, just highly attenuated white grains, a touch of light, crisp yeast (though it could just be carbonic acid) and a smattering of dry, minimally aromatic saaz hops. Moderate strength for a pale lager. No alcohol, no sweetness.
It’s quite watery, for sure, both in flavor and texture, with quite a bit of carbonation (loose bubbled though), but there is enough of a grainy, attenuated malt residue, with just a touch of white dough to satisfy as a quencher. Hops are noticeable, as well, though they are just dried grass and very light straw. Warming actually improves the flavor, and the carbonation eases up. Near flawless.
On-tap at the Publick House 8-07. Pours a straw yellow. Very light nose. Flavor is pretty thick for a light beer. Grassy and earthy a bit with a slight metallic tone. Feel has a decent bubble and a pretty good liquid touch. For what it is, it’s decent, I guess. SuIIy (1984) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - APR 29, 2006
Draught at Public House 4/27/06. Pours a very clear and clean yellow color with a light bright white head. Nose is straw and hay, some light grass, a hint of sweet malt. Palate is crisp and easy to swallow with a light film on the finish. Flavors of fresh grass and straw with light yeast and sweet malt. Eyedrinkale (3235) - Astoria, New York, USA - MAY 16, 2004
UPDATED: JAN 20, 2006 A good beer if you’re having lunch with a client. Straw yellow color with a wheat aroma. Nice head retention throughout. A bit thin but what do you expect for 3.5%???

Grainy, cereal malts in a fresh and inviting, mash-like aroma. Brilliant pale golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Clean, fresh, malty flavour with light minishing bitterness. Light body with lively carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere. pianotu (69) - USA - MAY 27, 2013
Quite flavorful for a light beer--very refreshing and drinkable, but definitely not watery and bland.

Draft at the Publick House. White diminishing head covered extremely pale yellow, clear body. Soft lemony and spic aromas, light notes of apples. Refreshing, good overall balance, thin structure, tartish with limited bitterness. Good light beer, but obviously not very inspiring. OlivierMTL (709) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 10, 2005
Draught @ the best brewery in the world. Expressive cereal grain aroma, clean, with no off smells. Clear yellow color. Clean cereal grain flavors. Very light and well made. I could drink this, whereas all macros I can’t stomach.
