Aroma is malty, grassy, crackery. The appearance is gold, only lightly hazy (unexpected for an "unfiltered" beer, white head. The flavor is grass, crackers. The finish is noble hop bitterness. The beer is medium in body, lots of carbonation. Decent, not amazing by any means. Of course, I’m not a big fan of the style. No obvoius defects, however. j12601 (13304) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2010
On tap at the Publick House. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a medium to large creamy white head. Grainy and crackery, soft dusty wheat with a touch of lemon. Medium bodied, crisp and smooth. Nice crackery dry bitter finish. ganache (6089) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 26, 2010
Bottle. Citrus and grass in the nose, dusty and dense, lightly foggy but has some bright punch to cut through it all. Big score! Very bright, very light yellow body, strong carbonation and a sudsy white head. I love bright, super pale pilsners like this, though BJCP judges would knock it for being too light. Taste is citric and grassy with medium-strong bitterness, very faint chalk. Aftertaste is lightly bready and still bitter. Lightish medium body with tons of carbonation and lingering crisp bubbling. Soft water but a great bite! Clean and smooth, perfectly repeatable summer pils. A big fan of this one! LinusStick (3532) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 23, 2010
A very average representation of the style. Aroma was stale light malt with a definite citrus note. Pour was a light gold with a few bubbles and no head. Taste was very boring. Sticky light malt with not much going on. A slightly bitter grassy aftertaste that goes away quickly. Little carbonation. Nothing great and barely god. cheap (6213) - CHINA - JUN 23, 2010
Clean yeasty arom with no ill olfactory. On the eye its clear pale yellow and lots of bubbles on the inside of the glass but no head. Sharp astringent killer peels flavor. Nice amount of crisp CO2. Finish is short sharp stronger pils bite.

Bottle. Pours a slight hazy golden straw color with a fluffy off-white head. Aromas of light wheat and yeast, and mild grassy hops. Flavor of mild spices, wheat, sour yeast, and a slightly bitter grassy finish. Good. unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - JUN 19, 2010
12oz bottle. Bright, clear yellow. White foam. Aroma of fruit and bread. Hearty hop citrus, nice straw. Nice fruity finish. Great summer brew. rocbyter (2186) - Waterbury, Connecticut, USA - JUN 16, 2010
Clear grain aroma. Hazy light yellow color with a small white head. Light bitter beginning with a mild chewy palate finish. malrubius (3088) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - JUN 14, 2010
12 ounce bottle from Superstar Huntington in Sam Adams lager glass. Very pale hazy golden with lasting white head and lace. Nice grassy lemon cake aroma with hint of pineapple. Mild pineapple sweetness with assertive but not astringent or overbearing grassy lemony bitter hop clean finish. Extremely clean, crisp and refreshing, without any off flavors. Excellent. Transparent gold, thick frothy white head. Nose has dusty hay, light lemon, some nice interplay with grass. Very grassy and dry flavor, lots of dirty malt in here and only the slightest kiss of hop through the earthy grass notes. The body is thicker than expected, and there is enough carbonation to keep it afloat but never muddling the malt.
