750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a very large white head. Aroma brings out loads of farmhouse notes, fruity esters, and some Belgian yeast. Flavour is very similar, with loads of farmhouse notes, Belgian yeast, a little banana, and slight fruity esters. Very farmhouse-dominant and yeasty, with a yeasty, fruity finish. Low-to-medium carbonation for a saison. Excellent stuff.

Bottle 750ml. Pours clear golden with high frothy white head. Very intense carb. Aroma is of saison yeast, fruits. Taste is of spices, smoke, citrus, slight acidity. Palate: Light-medium body. Overall: A bit bland and nominal. No big flaw, but nothing outstanding here. Would not seek this again.

Bottle (750 ml). From Tom, thanks! Slightly hazy bright golden/orange with a frothy white head and good lacing. Aroma of Farmhouse yeast, smoked notes, malt sweetness and light fruity notes. Taste is slightly sweet and about the same as aroma. Medium body. Good carbonation. Moderately dry finish. Good Saison, but nothing special here. Drinkable, but the smokey presence isn’t very interesting.

Best before October 8, 2015.
Appearance: The body is hazy with an amber hue, the head is tall and light tan with great retention.
Aroma: The aroma is a wonderfully balanced mix of bubblegum, sweet orange and hints of lemon. The aroma is nice, but mild.
Taste: This is very sweet for the style, lots of malt flavor with hints of bubblegum, vanilla, and banana adding more sweetness. Orange is laced throughout with peppery spice on the finish. This drinks more like a Tripel than a saison.
Palate: Oily with stabbing carbonation that amplifies the spice.
Overall: This drinks like a tripel, not a saison. It’s far too sweet with a lot of tripel characteristics. What a shame.

Pour is a hazy honey color with a average white head. Aroma is musty but fruity with some orange peel. Flavor is more fresh off the tree citrus with some sugar with spice and maybe a touch of white pepper. Finish is dry with a nice vanilla left on the tongue. This is one of the better saison’s I’ve had in awhile. Nice yeastiness with a lot of fresh citrus.
