Poured an extremely cloudy orangish gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of doughy funk with a bit of sweet grains, flora and citrus backing. Flavor was similarly funky with earthy and doughy notes with flora and sweet grains mixing in as well. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 14, 2011

My Bottom Line:douglas88 (9188) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 10, 2011
Exuberant yeast showcases banana esters and dough within buoyant floral, herbal hops and comfortable cereals for a delicious American Saison.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty golden.
-The fluffy natural carbonation made this quite drinkable.
-The flavor profile is perhaps more intense than your average Saison.
-The yeast signature was quite loud throughout, but it never felt out of place.
-Citrus fruit emerged once in a while.
Bottle at RBWG, thanks! Pours a murky golden hue with a medium white head. A smooth dry nose of citrus and grains, some spices. A refreshing, and I needed to be refreshed at that point in the day, spicy smooth flavor, lots of citrus and grains. I think the rye adds a nice element to the spiciness. A smooth dry quaffable brew. Very nice. czar (9076) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 3, 2011
