On tap at Barcade, pours golden, not too hazy with a small white head. Notes of Granny Smith, belgian yeast, dark fruit and some florals. Clean and lighter body, finish similiar to a pils with a good bit of carbonation. Average AdamChandler (4977) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 9, 2014

Bottle shared by Adam on his deck. Pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is wet hay, cereal, yeasty. Flavor is nice and dry, wheat, mild banana and clove. Nice, soft and smooth. tgncc (3129) - Bellmore, New York, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Shared at WTWBA, Brooklyn, 2012. The aroma is sweet, brown sugar, farmhouse aromas. The appearance is gold/brown, white head. The flavor is sweet, brown sugar, slightly tart, farmhouse. The finish is farmhouse, sweet brown sugar. Quite good. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - APR 24, 2011
Growler courtesy of Azurelimits. Served in a Bruery tulip.
Pours a light copper color with a mild white head and a bit of lacing as it goes down my glass. The nose brought some mild hay along with a bit of earth. Those were the strongest components, though there was also a bit of clove and banana in the background. SOme additional spicing as well. Flavor had a really nice earthy presence and amplified everything else from the nose. Good bit of light grain and hay as well. Body was medium with good carbonation and a slightly-dry finish.

Tap at Max’s. Fairly disappointing effort from Southampton. It was a bit too sweet and the yeast was quite phenolic, very peppery, I even picked up some coriander and lemon... strange. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - JAN 7, 2011
On draught at the Publick House. The posted abv is 6%. Note that this is the Saison and not the bottled Saison Deluxe that I think a lot of people are rating under this beer. Arrived at the table a mostly clear orange-gold with a thin linen white head that faded to a film after a couple of sips and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of citrus, apples, and mild spice. The flavor is really outstanding and absolutely spot on for a Saison with lots of citrus, apples, light malt, spice and a bit peppery. Light to medium body and smooth on the palate. Wonderful. Bottle from 2005 at the 2010 Funky 6. Pours hazy amber with a slight head. Sweet-smelling aroma with honey and grassy hops. Nice flavor, with bready malts and yeast, understated sweetness, a mild herbal quality, and some grassy bitterness. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes with floral notes, spices, light acidity and light sweetness. Very delicate and delicious. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - OCT 10, 2010
10/2/10. 750mL bottle. Light funky aroma with orange peel and spice. Light funky saison flavor. Not bad! SHIG (4956) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - SEP 25, 2010
Bottle thanks to Markwise: Poured a hazy haystack yellow with a white head. The aroma was sour and quite barnyard/harvest. Taste was refreshing fruit very carbonated with fresh grains as well.
