COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor. This beer is refreshingly crisp and perfect for those hot summer festivals.

Pretty good wit. Murky yellow. Thick on the tongue. Lots of orange peel and coriander. Tried in Atlanta airport en route to DR in 2017.

It pours hazy orange with a white head. There are flavors of lemon, cloves, and spices. In addition there are some bubble gum flavors and grainy sweetness.

appearance: only slightly hazy, short soapy white head. aroma: lemon, light coriander some cracked wheat. taste: as the aroma indicates, with a bit of orange peel and pepper too . finish: smooth palate, slightly too flat for the style. notes: Flavors were decent, aroma a little faint, taste fine, palate not quite right. Not bad, just average for the style. Can from Total Wine in Charleston, SC.

Poured from can. AROMA - wet wheat and spice APPEARANCE - lager gold, hardly any head TASTE - toasted bread, citrus, coriander, other spice notes. PALATE - dry and quite refreshing. OVERALL - not best in class but I like it.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow body with a small wispy white head that retained as a thin ring. The dos his very heavy on the coriander, with much lesser notes of orange peel and yeastiness. The flavor is pretty similar, it’s a little heavy handed on the coriander for my preference in the style. The finish is a bit soapy tasting. Light yeastiness, which adds to the mouthfeel, making it pretty smooth and easy drinking. Light fizzy carbonation. Meh, about average for the style, but not one that I love.

Tap - not much head, dark yellow color, fair yeasty spice aroma and flavor, with a mild malt backbone, kind of a flat finish, expected a little better to be honest ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
