COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden-blonde Belgian style ale uses a traditional yeast strain which gives a gentle citrusy flavor and fruity aroma. Saaz hops and light spices balance the sweetness from the Pilsen malt and provide an earthy taste. A refreshing ale with a crisp, dry finish.

Draft. Poured clear pale color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium complex sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where exceeded

Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is very clean and clear citrus. Taste is refreshing with the same clean clear quality, citrus with a little yeasty note. Very good ale.

On tap @ Southern Appalachian / Hendersonville NC --- Clear golden with a white head that sinks to a full cover, blobs of lace. Taste is sweet malt with breads yeast, toffee, banana, and spice. Delicate citrus hops drift in in the finish to create a nice balance. A solid American Belgian Ale.

Blonde on way to RBWG-A-on tap-thin white-hazy yellow. A-soft fruit/clove, lt malt, musty. T-fruit/clove-spice, sweet lt malt. Again, at cellar temp aroma improves, taste is about the same but with some pepper notes coming through.

Delicious and crisp. One of the beer blondes I've had. Has nice aroma and is a natural Belgian feel.

Draft in a flight at the brewery. This one is a little sweet, and fairly light, both in color and on the palate. Not a whole lot else to that’s terribly remarkable.

bubbleflubber (2235) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - SEP 1, 2012
On tap at the brewer, it pours a golden hue with a light haze. The head reduces to a thin ring of suds on the fringes, leaving spotty lace down the glass. The nose is of banana, gum and yeasty esters. Flavors follow in tow, with esters, bananas, yeast, coriander and light peppering bitters to finish. The body is medium-light and the palate is smooth, just this side of creamy. Well-balanced, it is a nice take on the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear pale golden color with a medium sized frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet bready malts, candi sugar, stone fruits and a spicy finish. The taste is sweet bready malts, nuts, stone fruits and candi sugar. Medium bodied, quite drinkable. Nice beer.

on draft at wwbf asheville. poured yellow a bit hazy with white head. the aroma of the belgain style is dominate with the slight banana and candy wafting thru the air. the flavor i thought was very good. dead on for this style. a little bit of hop bitterness that lingered but not a detraction. over all a decent beer. hope to get there soon.
