Pours a crystal clear lightish golden with a finger or so of fizzy head which fades quickly.
The nose has some fruity white grape notes, some banana esters, floral perfume and some grainy notes. It smells just like a sour mash fermentation.
Flavour is moderately tart, with some doughy and earthy notes, and more of that vinous kick. It’s somewhat reminiscent of a more acidic white wine.
Body is light, and carbonation is definitely overdone. This is a problem I’ve had with some of their other beers as well. Once you let it offgas a little you can taste more of the beer.
Pretty interesting and tasty. Not too complex, but enjoyable.
Pours amber with a fading head.
Nose shows funky saison notes along with spicy hops and a lemon character.
More lemon and funky notes as flavours along with a misplaced doughy yeast.

Bottle, 10C. Cloudy gold with a large off-white head that fades to a cm quickly. Aroma is quite Wit-like at first, with wheat, lemon pudding, cloves, bubblegum. Some berries, banana and mysterious spices notes are there too. Taste is sweet and a little tart with modest bitterness. As well as fruits and spices, there’s a quite heavy rye note that I wasn’t sold on. Pretty interesting though.

On tap at BeerDeLuxe. Nice combination of flavours, yeasty and malty. Aromas of citrus, grain, and hay. Taste is sweet and sour, with average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, cloudy, with a frothy head.
