On tap at the brewpub. Clear orange/ light amber coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is spicy lemon citrus hop, slight sandalwood, pine. Flavour is composed of clean base malts, biscuit, semi crisp, spicy citrus pine hop, woody. Assertive clean citrus hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, frothy, moderate carbonation. Decent pale. Good hoppy kick. Sledutah (7488) - Utah, USA - JAN 9, 2014

Clear golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is floral and rubber. Flavors of floral and piney
On tap. Pours a clear light-medium gold with a white head and some lacing. It has a nice citrus hop aroma with a light taste that is hoppy up front with a crisp, bitter finish over a light body.

On tap @ Southern Pacific. Golden orange pour with a white head. Decent nose. Lots of piney hops. Some bread, toast, and caramel. A touch of grass and herbs. Maybe some apple. Flavor is sweet up front with a light bitterness. A fair amount of pine and herbs. Somewhat woody. Decent bread and caramel. Maybe some orange peel and grass. jflopsu (1591) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Pours a clear dark orange. Has an aroma of malt and citrus. Taste surprisingly has little hops, given its blonde does, but does have malt, lemon and orange. Slight bitter aftertaste.

Yes, this is no ordinary easy drinker. It isnít easy drinking at all. Unlike many/most pale ales that donít suit my tastes, the problem here wasnít in the finish but the front side. There was a frontal astringency as I drank it. Not to my liking. On tap at brewpub. dchmela (3062) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAY 6, 2013

On tap at the brewery. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma is lightly bready and toasty. Not much hops, which is surprising giving the hoppy blonde they make. Theres more in the flavor with some orange, a touch of caramel sweetness and a lightly grassy bitter finish. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - NOV 24, 2012
On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Faint musty, skunky hops aroma. Faint malt and citrus taste. Slightly more body than the others Iíve tried so far. The light bitterness is slightly redeeming, but disappointing overall.
