Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to silver head. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, vanilla, chocolate, roasted, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140222]

Burnt sugar, chocolate, and vanilla. Molasses, dark fruits, coffee, and licorice. Mild bourbon, charred oak, and a bit of astringency on the finish.
