Pours an opaque brown color with a tall khaki colored head. Sort of watery and bland overall, but there is a mildly interesting aroma of fruit and yeast. Some bready malt is also present. On tap at Richmond Arms. Pours a cloudy coppet with large white head leaving sticky along the glass. The aroma is yeast and pepper. Medium mouthfeel with a raisin malt and metallic finish. Easy to drink a decent biere de garde from Southern Star.

Light barnyard and fruit on the nose. Getting hints of black licorice - unique in this style of brew. Nice brew and one I’d try again, but won’t seek out.
