Best looking beer I’ve had in weeks and pretty damn tasty, too. Tastes like caramel apples in an evergreen forest. More like caramel pine cones, maybe. Caramel bitter orange?

Cloudy Amber pour with a white head that lingers nicely. Caramel malt and piney hops abound on the aroma. The taste is a perfect balance of malt and hop. Bitter bite on the finish, very good pale.

Draft. Pretty clear amber color, medium white head. Nice aroma of mixed citrus and pine forest. Taste is juicy citrus, stick pine. Very tasty.

Hoppy and piney aroma. Pours a nice amber with decent head. Smooth drinking, medium-bodied pale ale. Hoppy taste, but balanced by malts and not too bitter on the finish. A very nice pale ale.

Easily the best beer of the first 6 or so on my Tennessee trip. A great piney hop aroma and flavor with a good body that is smooth and sessionable. Some light orange as well. Great stuff.

Pretty mediocre pale. Metallic taste and old. I will relate if I can find on tap.

Canned. Poured a nice amber. Nice caramel malt blending into a tinge of piney hops. maybe the best southern star I’ve had.

Can at Craig’s. Pours amber, nose is sweet toffee, taste is light fruit, dry.

Very interesting flavor profile. Some roasted flavor with floral hop profile. Hop arrangement unique from my experience.

Pours a nice deep amber color with white head. Light fruits, some pine, and a bit of citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. One of their better beers. Enjoyable.
