When the stars fade
And the world comes to ruin
There will still be Fergie
And the gum he is chewing.
Can:   Deep reddish caramel, thin to moderate foamy tannish head, nice lacing.   Husky aroma, malt forward, strong grainy notes.   Hop side, not so much.   Yeah, really husky on the nose.   Mealy and malty up front, also very husky.   This is a very much malt driven IIPA, but not a clean one.   Soft astringent grainy bitterness follows.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes way to husky and grainy for a Double IPA.   This was a let down... ugh, can’t finish the rest...   Thanks Bill! blutt59 (6573) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2013

Medium to Full-bodied; Strong malty and hop flavours at first with a big resinous and hoppy finish with a noticeable alcohol bite and a pungent earthy, nutty and caramel finish.
