Tap at Saucer. Pours a clear light golden yellow color with a foamy beige head. Aroma is buttery, grains, biscuits. Clay? Flavor is semi sweet, butter, grains that finish in a clay fashion. Blah

On tap at the Saucer. Clear light pour with a big white head. Aroma is grainy, light cigarettes, and almost butter. Taste is creamy, bitter, and an awkward finish. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - MAR 7, 2014
16 oz growler from Craft and Growler. Very clear golden pour with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat notes as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is very similar. The wheat and biscuit malt notes are complemented by some grass and a hint of pepper. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Straightforward, but very tasty.

Draft at Craft and Growler - lightly hazy gold - flavor is crisp and grassy up front, but fairly sweet pils malt late - strong bitterness arrives after that, but not overpowering - a moderate mineral bite finishes, along with lingering toasty grain and some grassy hops - it’s pretty dang good. kidmartinek (5000) - austin, Texas, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Clear yellow. Decent white head. Smells a bit too much like sweet grain. Appearance is golden malt but taste is a darker malt. Somewhat papery at times. travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 29, 2014
Tap. The look is hazy, white lacing head, and yellowish in color. The smell is cereal, grains, malt, florals, and ok. The taste is grainy, malt, cereal, and florals. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JAN 19, 2014

Aroma of bread and perfume. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight head and minimal lacing. The taste is floral and grain. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, an interesting style that I would like to try again.
