(draught) glowing bright orange, ring of soapy bubbles, great lacing. Nose of peppercorn, light funk, woody and lightly tart, ginger, bit of orange peel and mushroom/earth. Smells so incredible. Belgian and funky. Taste of earth, light funk, orange peel, ginger, peppercorn, crisp citrus, Belgian yeast, complex and HIGHLY drinkable. This is simply astounding. Maybe the best summer beer in Texas and almost anywhere. Perfect carbonation, light, crisp and refreshing. I haven’t Had a low abv beer this good in a VERY long time.

Pours hazy orange with a small white-ish head. Smells bready, spicy, and yeasty. Taste is spicy and of yeasty bread. Light-medium bodied with a smooth texture and light fizzy mouth-carbonation, Southern Star Walloon finishes with some bread dryness.

Very excited to try this, nice to see a brewer try to recreate a lost style .. . Its kinda like a witbier and saison had babybier and it produced Walloon .. . Pours a mango pear tan, foam everywhere, great lacing .. . light fruit, wheat, rye, and hay- very refreshing stuff and a really good full mouthfeel .. . a winner, a great session brew i could suck down all evening .. . lisa refuses to play dodgeball because she is sad..

On tap - Meddlesome Moth. Cloudy orange brew with a fluffy white head. Smells great - loks of barnyard funk with some citrus and spice. Incredibly crisp and drinkable with flavors of spice, citrus, and Belgian yeast. Perfect amount of funk in the nose and taste. An amazing summer seasonal, perfect for hot ass Texas weather. Hope this gets canned!

Clear golden color/ ivory head. Very nice dry hay, straw, earthy, aged, spicy hop aromas. Light to medium bodied. Very good dusty pale malt, spicy dry yeast, peppery, earthy flavors--very good Texas brewed brew--[email protected] Yuppie Place

Hard to to rate to style on this one. I found lots of spice on the back of the throat and a pleasing finish.
