Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, milky notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate malt, roasted, sweet, sugary notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is black chocolate, roasted malts along with some slight lactic and toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, roasted malty along with some slight toffee and mild lactic notes.
Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of chrisv10. Pours a clear dark brown with an orange hue and a beige head. Sweet vanillaish roast in the nose. Rich body, sweet roast, some dark chocolate and a rather bitter finish from both hops and roast. ChrisOs Marvellous Pre GBBF Mega Tasting. Opaque dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Light dry palate. Mild dark malts with a little chocolate and lacto sweetness. Semi dry finish. All right.
