Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2012 I’ve had this a few times, bottle draft etc, and can safely say it is awesome. Just recently went directly to the brewery and had it there and it still is awesome. Pours this gold/ copper colour, with a decent head and leaves incredible lacing. Aroma is, well of hops. Taste is of hops, and they are abundant. It’s slightly bitter, but not in an overpowering way. I suggest everyone try this beauty. It may not be for everyone but give it a shot.

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma of pine, resin, grass. Flavor is all hops. Pine and grass come through. Quite one dimensional. Not too impressed.

Bottle, Hazy golden color, low white head. Aroma of honey and flowers, with a floral hoppy taste.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2011 On tap at Valhalla. Good aroma that grows sweeter as it warms. A dull gold pour with sheet lacing along the glass. Very nice flavor - plenty of spicy, gingery, piny hops & good caramel malt too. Some noticeable sulfites, unfortunately. Also tried a bottle that was less impressive - it seemed lighter and more malty with grassy hops and a touch of orange zest and lemongrass in the flavor.

Bottle shared by RangledeFreak. Pours golden with a white head. It has a very nice aroma of fresh hops, flowers and caramel. Flavour is caramel, fruits, bitter hops and earl grey tee. Long bitter after taste.

Such a beautiful translucient gold. Hoppy aroma of couse. Damn, it’s so smooth with a buttery touch. Creamy hops. These guys make some irresistable brews.

Pours a nice cloudy gold with a with head. Good floral hops and you would never know if has such a high ABV. A really strong IIPA and better than I was expecting. 12 oz bottle

Nice and hoppy with seemingly more grassy notes than anything else. Taste and aroma are both very good but being a double IPA I think I was expecting a bit more. That being said, the price is so reasonable I couldn’t get to upset. Overall a pretty good beer.

On tap at Rover cons 2011-02-04 Götebrg sweet apricot, sweet saccharine, warming feeling, great draft!

Nothing too notable in the aroma for a double IPA. I was expecting a bit more. Pretty color. Very smooth and no hints of alcohol for such a relatively high abv style.
