Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish.

pours pale clear gold-amber. Pillowy white head, lapses quickly to thin lace cap on beer and glass. Light floral and citrus nose, with faint hints of yeast and banana. On the tongue, medium body and creamy, nice balance of malt base with a gentle spicy hop-bitter finish. Nice IPA thats not in your face and a bit more substantial then a regular IPA

IPA com amargor um pouco mais acentuado. Paladar bem balanceado que no deixa perceber o seu teor alcolico mais elevado.

2XIPA is something of an East Coast modern classic. Its not difficult to see why. Its coloring, aromatics, American cone varietals, and hop-forward flavor all point clearly to the West Coast brewing tradition. Aroma is floral and citrusy with hardly any malt to be found. Flavor has all the staples of the American IPA of the present. Pine, grapefruit, and orange peel. Plenty bitter, pretty crisp. Very satisfying.

Bottle. Clear old with a foamy, off white head that laces and lasts. Aromas of biscuit, pine, grapefruit, light floral, grass, and caramel. Flavor is pine, biscuit, caramel, grapefruit and light floral and grass notes. Medium bodied, smooth with a bitter and somewhat dry finish.

Thanks to iNBE. One of the hops in here doesnt agree with me. Maybe it is well enough made but there is a peppery hop that I cant get past. Serving: Bottle

From bottle. Pours an almost clear golden amber with a small white head. Aroma has lots of citrus hops, caramel malts, fruity, light spice, maybe some juniper. Taste is rather sweet, simple, malty, bitter. Average carbonation and an oily body. Pretty boring.

Facile boire, bien ficele.

Clear with golden yellow and brief white foam. Citrus nose -- grapefruit -- with a dryness. Moderate toasted malt with initial touches of caramel. Taste brings out more of the piney aspects of the hops, but citrus is dominant. Moderately bitter. Finish is bitter but becomes sweeter as the beer warms up.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is full of piney hops and citrus. The taste matches the aroma and is outstanding.
