Pours Amber with a thin wispy off-white head. Ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon aromas. This is a big spice bomb that is heavy on the ginger. There is some earthiness in the finish and a hint of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is malty with moderate carbonation. Medium to full body with a little warming alcohol. It took me a while to get used the the spiciness, but the flavor improved as it warmed. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - DEC 31, 2014

On tap at Yardhouse.
Deep red-brown with a head that soon reduced to a ring. Minimal lacing.
Both the aroma and the flavor reflect a heavy use of nutmeg. There are some other spices in here too, but the overall spicing level is just too high, largely masking the malts. ESBob (379) - Indiana, USA - DEC 31, 2014
Bottle. Pours a ruby red with about a finger of white head. Nose is of Christmas candles and spice, tast is heavily spiced in a nutmeg allspice kinda way, with a hint of pine, cinnamon maybe Very enjoyable brew. I could see this dropping some folks ratings, if you don’t like nutmeg, skip this one. hopdog (12370) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 30, 2014
12oz bottle. Poured an amber color with a smaller sized head. This one was not bad, bu tit was lots of spices and I’m not crazy about spices.

Dark brown semi-clear, tan head. Nose is spices, with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg. Body is medium with low carbonation, initial gingerbread sweetness with a slight spice bitterness on the finish. The spices seem to meld together lessening the harshness of them but also muddying the flavors. I’ll try again. beersammich (76) - Morgantown, West Virginia, USA - DEC 29, 2014
Pours amber and hazy. Smells like Christmas, had flashbacks to Christmas. So aptly named. Taste is gingery and spicy with an orange peel after taste. Expected to hate it. Didn’t hate it per say, didn’t really like it. Aroma is artificially making my rating a little higher then I wanted, but it did smell really nice.
Had from a bottle. dlihcsnatas (740) - Temple, Texas, USA - DEC 28, 2014
Got this on my trip to Fort Worth. Drank it on Christmas but saved a bottle for this review today. When I first drank it on Christmas I was blown away by all the spice flavors. Today when I drink this after a few other styles I am still blown away by all the spice. There is cinnamon for sure and maybe some corriander and allspice. Not sure on all of it, but there is just a major spice blast from this one. Perfect for the holidays and one that I hope to find again next 2Xmas. gilvanblight (825) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 27, 2014
Hazy redish pour with a ton of head. Smells hoppy but not too hoppy. Wow the taste does not match the spice. That’s rather nice. LetsGoState (883) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 27, 2014
Appearance is medium white head with amber color. Aroma is malty. Taste is a nice balance of spices, hops, and malts. Overall just the right balance for a Christmas beer.
