Bottle:   Deep ruby, thin frothy beige head, dies quickly, little lacing.   Strong clove and allspice... and I mean strong.   Spicy start, clove, gingerbread, and allspice.   Could pass as a Pumpkin Beer.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finish is extremely spicy.   Almost too much in fact.   This one was just an over abundance of spices that made it hard to finish even a 12oz bottle.   Very bright spiciness is nice, but this one was over the top spicy.

BB Backlog, Bottle. Pours an orange red shade. Aroma is spice, toast, gingerbread. All kind of christmas cookie notes in this one, some dough, cinnamon, and other nutmeg type spicing. Body is medium. Interesting beer from ST.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark chestnut body under a one finger frothy off-white head. The nose is super crazy spicy, huge amounts of cinnamon, nutmeg, maybe some ginger, orange peel, and fairly heavy sweetness. The flavor is just as over loaded with spices as the aroma was showing. The cinnamon and ginger are so heavy they almost burn the tongue. The sweetness is even muted by the heavy spice, and I know that theres a heavy and sweet malt base down there. Medium bodied with a sticky and clingy finish and lots of fizzy carbonation. Not an easy drinking beer, thankfully this one is only a 12 oz bottle.

Pours deep reddish-brown with a short, yellow-tan head. Aroma is cola, gingerbread, cinnamon. Taste is peppery, spiced bread/cake, nutmeg... Leaves no doubt as to which holiday it represents... Very tasty..though a trifle over the top.

Bronze, ring of foam. Smells like cinnamon , licorice, and pine. Flavor is spruce, some licorice, and some other subtle spices in the background. Tasty, if a bit on the heavy side.
