Bottle [12oz]. Pours a clear bubbly gold with an average size fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, yeast, lightly toasted malt and mild hops. Flavour of light spices, hops, wheat and a good bitter finish. Average bodied. Interesting beer, like a Pale Ale mixed with a Wheat -- I liked it.

Bottle. Creamy good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palale. Boring and un-interresting beer.

sayravai (4707) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 11, 2009
(Bottled) Slightly hazy golden with a small, mostly fading head. Mild, wheaty-malty aroma with a touch of lemon and sourness. Flavor is sourish-lemony, wheaty-starchy, and a bit steam-beer-like-mushy-stuffy. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. A somewhat dull and boring beer, that is not even very refreshing.

(Bottle at Konttori, Tampere, on 2009-08-08) Yellow and cloudy. Quite large and quickly disappearing white head. Citricness and fruitiness in aroma. Light and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Malts, sweetness, fruitiness, hops and bitterness in taste. Bitter aftertaste.

Hazy pale yellow once I swirled up the bottom, poured a clear gold initially. Simple dusty wheat aroma. Tastes green and young, some cardboard too. Drinkable but doesnt work.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. As much as I love Southern Tier, I was disappointed in how much flavor this brew lacks. I appreciate their "green" efforts, though.

Pale yellow color with a small white head. Crisp, clean wheat aroma, slight lemon aroma as well. Very smooth, light yeast and bread flavor. I added lemon to the 2nd half of the bottle and that did make it even better.
