Golden with white head. Aroma of wheat and spices. Flavor is citrus, wheat and a sweet note. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - AUG 16, 2009
Bottle from BierKoning. Pale yellow body with slight head. Sweet and wheaty nose. Also lemon. Taste is wheat, lemon. Quite refreshing. Not too sweet. Not bad. Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2009
Bottle at Sune’s Sommerhus - shared with Mette & Sune. Fruity, orange, citrus, bitterness, light hoppy, zesty, sweetness, light candy, light wheaty. Nice. sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 11, 2009
(Bottled) Slightly hazy golden with a small, mostly fading head. Mild, wheaty-malty aroma with a touch of lemon and sourness. Flavor is sourish-lemony, wheaty-starchy, and a bit steam-beer-like-mushy-stuffy. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. A somewhat dull and boring beer, that is not even very refreshing. mjs (7685) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 10, 2009
(Bottle at Konttori, Tampere, on 2009-08-08) Yellow and cloudy. Quite large and quickly disappearing white head. Citricness and fruitiness in aroma. Light and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Malts, sweetness, fruitiness, hops and bitterness in taste. Bitter aftertaste.

Hazy pale yellow once I swirled up the bottom, poured a clear gold initially. Simple dusty wheat aroma. Tastes green and young, some cardboard too. Drinkable but doesn’t work. drowland (9057) - Georgia, USA - AUG 3, 2009
12oz bottle into a pint glass. As much as I love Southern Tier, I was disappointed in how much flavor this brew lacks. I appreciate their "green" efforts, though. Ron (4183) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUL 31, 2009
Pale yellow color with a small white head. Crisp, clean wheat aroma, slight lemon aroma as well. Very smooth, light yeast and bread flavor. I added lemon to the 2nd half of the bottle and that did make it even better. markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 27, 2009
12oz from Weiland’s Gourmet Market. Pours hazy straw aand orange color with small white head. Nose is bread, caramel, orange, apricot, and some hay. Flavor is similar with bread, citrus, lemon, hay, and a small tart grapefruit presence in the background- pinch of bitterness. Light bodied and a good summer beer. Bottle (12oz). Hazy pale gold with a large, lasting fluffy-fizzy slightly off-white head (3+). Pleasant, light aroma of heather and tart lemon, slightly sweet behind the tartness, sharp-dry yeastiness too. Taste - light grain, a bit "wheaty" yes, dry, hardly any tartness - nothing wrong with it, perhaps a tad simple and boring. Light, watery mouthfeel, dry, soft, quick finish with a dry grainy, almost floral aftertaste. Simple, fresh - no alcohol presence, would be a great hot day back deck maintenance beer in quantity.
