Light straw color. Hops on the nose. Light, refreshing with light wheat taste.

Bottle into a goblet. Pour us a honey yellow with a fine head. Aroma is that of grass in the spring with a nice malt back. Taste is a nice bitter wheat, smooth. Finish is a clean wash. This is a good ale.

For the style it’s not bad. A little thin but very clean. Good to drink when it’s hot out but other than that, average.

bottle. pours clear gold with a thin white head. a clean american wheat with a light citrus hop. it’s pretty good for the style, smooth and crisp, but it’s not a style that tends to impress. good, but hop sun is the superior southern tier wheat.

GhostFace (321) - Wisconsin, USA - DEC 28, 2011
bottle pour. pale yellow in color, see-thru. not much on the nose. grain, wheat, some faint hop’s... taste is light and lackluster, the wheat stands out. light bodied and easy drinking but I’m not sure I could drink much more than 2 of these before wanting something with more flavor/kick.

cleverlobo (319) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 24, 2011
bottle; hazy yellow with small tan head; aroma-citrus, bread, coriander, cooked vegetables; taste-light sweetness, bitterness and carbonation. Not great

craig220 (313) - Crofton, Maryland, USA - APR 13, 2013
Poured a clear golden color with a thick and frothy white head. Aroma is pretty faint but I caught lemon, grass, caramel, and not much else. Taste is lemon, grass, honey, orange, and a sweet/sour finish.

This beer smells like weed. Tastes like a pale lager with wheat characteristics.

Odde (308) - Tampa, Florida, USA - FEB 20, 2011
Wheat and sweet malt on the nose with a light hoppy backing. Not the over the top kick in the pants I brace myself for before trying a new Southern Tier offering. Decent sessioner.
