Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is full of biscuit and pine. The flavor has a lot of biscuit and toffee character as well as some pepper, yeast and orange citrus. Fairly sweet. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(Growler) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of pineapple, pear, citrus, florals, and yeast. Flavor of pear, orange, pineapple, pepper, yeast, grain, and light pine with a dry, mildly bitter finish.

Poor appearance yields almost zero head above the golden yellow body. Bright, sweet Belgian yeast. Plenty of candi sugar among the malt. A touch too sweet, as ST can be, yet this is pretty darn good -- especially for the style.

(Growler thanks to bu11zeye) clear bright gold, soapy white bubbles. Nose of belgian yeast, golden raisins, fresh cut greens, coriander, golden raisins, quite complex. Taste of rye, peppercorns, light citrus peel, bit syrupy but doesn’t detract from it, medium bitter finish, a bit sweet finish.

Hop along Blondie. That?s what this beer should be called. Light body, sweet coriander typical of the Belgian style with a crisp citrus hop bitterness.

A - Pours a very clear golden-orange color with a big finger of frothy white head atop and lots of visible carbonation. The head fades down very slowly leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of some lemon and citrus aromas, fruity esters from the yeast, some earthy hop, and some pepper and other spices. T - Starts out with a mix of lemon and some light pepper and coriander. Through the middle, some earthy hop and some stronger spices and yeast esters come through. The finish is a mix of lemon peel, some grassy hop, and some yeast esters that linger. M - Medium bodied with moderate-plus lively carbonation. Smooth with a dry and very crisp finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice American take on the Belgian Pale Ale style that it a bit more hop forward, but really works.
