22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out shitloads of pumpkins, spices, and roast. Flavour brings out shit tons of pumpkin puree, pumpkin spices, along with roasted malt. The pumpkin notes are extremely strong, with a long lingering spicy pumpkin finish. Surprisingly delicious stuff.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2013 Shared by Dmac. Then bottle at home. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of pumpkin pie crust, flaked oats, nutmeg, roast chocolate, cinnamon and cookie malt. Medium body. yngwie (17284) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 20, 2015
Bottle, 22oz. A dark brown beer topped by a small, dark beige head. The aroma is quite chocolatey, with a spiced touch, some roasted malts and brown sugar, It’s full-bodied, soft and lightly warming on the palate, with a bit more carbonation than I’d prefer. The flavor has a touch of bread crust, not that wimpy American or Swedish bread, but a good, solid Norwegian or Danish one. Caramel, toffee, roasted malts, some vanilla and licoricie too. Hints of booze and a nice bitterness to deal with the sweetness there is. Lasting sweet finish with a fine hoppy bitterness, roasted malts, some vanilla and licorice, bread crust, caramel sauce and a faint burnt hint. After a rather boring start, especially in the aroma, it sure picks up after a few sips. Quite wonderful this one I think. 150620 Ferris (17107) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 10, 2014
Bottle - Pumpkin, chocolate and roast malts. Jet black with a rich beige head. Pumpkin, spice, bitter and a bit starchy. Starts good, but ends bad. Benzai (16924) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JAN 23, 2015
Sampled from bottle @ Tim needs to get rid of his ticks tasting. Dark red-brown color. Aroma reminds me of "speculaas". Taste "speculaas", herbs or spices, a hint of sweet and some bitter, dough, cookie. Don’t like it. Scopey (16274) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2015
Tap at Rogue Island, Providence. It pours near black with a small beige head. The nose is sweet, sweet roast, pumpkin pie, treacle, honey roast squash, cheerios, rivita and cocoa. The taste is bitter - sweet, chocolate doughnut, pumpkin pie, charred wood, earth and icing sugar with a sweet, warming finish. Medium - full body and moderate carbonation. Sweet and a bit artificial, but not without its merits.
