COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In this brew, lightly toasted malts with subtly spicy hops blend into cinnamon flavors and creamy lactose sugar. Their coalescence is so uncannily close to fresh baked cinnamon rolls that it was impossible to name this beer anything other than Cinnamon Roll Imperial Ale! Pairs perfectly with Eggs Benedict at brunch, after dinner, or next to the fire for an unforgettable nightcap.

On tap at Hops & Pie. Reddish to brown colored appearance with a small head. Pleasant aroma of strong cinnamon, vanilla, milk sugar and toasted malt. The flavor adds some caramel/toffee and a light earthiness with mild sweetness and light bitterness. Rich and lingering with a big cinnamon/vanilla finish.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2017 Draft pours brown with a off white head. Aroma of cinnamon, caramel and some toffee. Taste is just like a cinnamon roll, can you say very weird beer

Bottle sample at Anderson Bine & Vine, courtesy of staff, thanks! Nice aroma, exactly a cinnamon bun, right down to the vanilla frosting. Taste is shockingly sweet cinnamon, caramel, vanilla.

12 oz bottle thanks to TJ. Clear brown in color, fast dying head that leaves nothing in the wake. Aroma is indeed what they say, cinnamon roll from any commercial shopping mall. It smells nice. But the flavor is nothing but cinnamon. Seriously, can't even taste anything other than spice. Meh.

Poured from bottle dated 10/10/17 cinnamon brown with a tan head. Aroma is you guessed it.....cinnamon. Taste is...here it comes...cinnamon. Sickly sweet all cinnamon.

2017/12/08 - Pours a clear amber brown colour with a foamy, creamy head that slowly reduces and leaves ample, sticky lacing. Aroma is tons of cinnamon spice, ginger spice, caramel, vanilla, lactose and sweet malt. Tastes as advertised; heavy on the cinnamon spice with caramel, vanilla icing, pastry and sweet malt. ABV is well hidden. Mouthfeel is medium with biting carbonation and a sweet, spiced finish. Interesting, but I found this overspiced and slightly cloying. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Spot on cinnamon roll as advertised. Pours dark brown w/ a thin tan head & really nice lacing. The aroma is super sweet cinnamon roll frosting. The taste also mimics the icing w/ a bit of bready malt in the finish providing the roll affect. Must try if you are cinnamon roll fanatic but just a tad odd for me to really get into. Still quite good tho!

This is thin and really sweet. Feel like I need to drink a cup of coffee while drinking this. Just not very good.
