Tap. Foamy finger of white head, very clear light yellow gold. Somevspicy and light grassy hopsvin both the flavor and aroma, some crackers, and slightbdough. Quite muted overall and lacks the brightness I like in the style. Lighter soft body. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - MAY 5, 2012

Nice Pils! Pours a bright yellow with a light head. Nice pils aroma, European. Bitter taste on the front with nice mouthfeel. Nice aftertaste! A classic European Pils! I liked it! fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - APR 29, 2012
i have to say, im not a pilsner fan, and not much of a fan of Southern Tier. but this was by far one of the best pils ive had. would easily buy again.

Bottle. Clear golden with a white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is grass, hay and grain. The flavor is medium sweet with a light floral, grassy bitterness. Crisp, crunchy. Dry bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2012 12 oz bottle.
It pours a light golden color with a foamy white head.
The smell is bready and biscuity. Slightly perfumey with some noble hops.
The flavor is a bit off for a pils. It has some unwanted yeasty notes and too much candied orange (misuse of noble hops)
had some more... one bottle was divine, the others were similar but better to this one. Interesting....

Bottle 33cl from Henrick thanks, a clear yellow beer with good head and high carbonation. Nose is grainy, aroma is medium sweet that finishes very dry, malty side is grainy, hopy is low on aroma with a round bitterness at the finish, an ok pilsener. Plovmand (8616) - Grindsted, DENMARK - APR 27, 2012
Bottle at home. Pours almost clear yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is straw, light hops and some dusty malts. The flavour is dry and bitter with some malty and straw notes. Braudog (6835) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - APR 26, 2012
Bottle. Crystal clear, pale yellow, bubbly, thin white head. The aroma is Teutonic and crisp with a European snap. The drink certainly brings me back to many a central square in Europe, with an eponymous crisp lager in my hand. Smooth, very cleanly made. Just a bit more of a hoppy snap would’ve made it perfect.
