Bottle to glass. A very nice, light but flavorful pilsner. Sessionable. Will drink again. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 26, 2014
(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a white head. Light grass and malt aroma. Flavor is a very subtle grassy hop note with some dry and stale malts. Unimpressive. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 23, 2014
I picked this one up simply for the name. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains on the nose without much else; same for the palate. Finishes fairly clean. Hanuta06 (469) - Washington, USA - MAY 31, 2014
Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles.
Aroma: light hop and malt.
Appearance: very small, white initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, medium-yellow body.
Taste: lightly sour, citrusy initial flavor and lightly sweet finish with average duration.
Palate: light-to-medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation.
Overall: not bad. berkshirejohn (6505) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2014
12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo, NY. Pale straw with a ring of white head; sweet grainy aroma; full-on grainy taste - like an Eastern European lager; and a vague touch of noble hops to finish. No better, or worse, than the average lager from Poland, Czech, etc.

12oz bottle into Le Guinness 2010 - nose is hay and corn. Sip adds nothing but a slight hop kick. 11 more for my camping/canoe trip - hooray? BLADT (700) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Bottle pour. Clean piss yellow with small head. Restrained nose of straw and faint cut grass. Taste is crisp and light. Biscuits and lemon. Some grassy bitterness. A well executed, not all that interesting, day drinker. Palidor19 (3188) - Brandon, Florida, USA - MAY 3, 2014
Crisp and clean with a refreshing taste of straw and malt, light on the hops yet it's very smooth

Appearance: Pours a gold clear.
Aroma:Aroma of citrus, light bready malt.
Taste: Light bitterness, lemon citrus, hint of lagery taste.
Palate:Light body, light fizz.
Summary: Funny name, enjoyable brew.
Possibly one of the first (besides the Creme Brulee) from ST I’m not all that into. Just kinda lacks body and anything interesting going on. Little watery. Nice grass note towards the finish though.
