Corn and bean aroma with something meaty, like the little white piece of fat you find in a can of pork and beans. Crystal clear yellow, thin snow white head. Flavor is as it smells, but with one important added component, grassy noble hops. It’s like a City Brewing/Urquell collaboration. The former provides the malt bill and the latter the hops. Nicely hopped garbage. BelgianBeerGal (4158) - Panama City, Florida, USA - MAR 8, 2012
12oz bottle from Wine Outlet. Pretty nice euro pils. About the only thing non-characteristic was it was a pretty still beer; seemed light on the carbonation. Fine though. smith4498 (3674) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 8, 2012
Pours pours clear pale golden color with white head. Cereal malt aroma with some floral hops. Sweet feral malt flavor flavor with light hop bitterness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. adrian910ss (2595) - Doylestown, PA, USA - MAR 7, 2012
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden straw with a small white head. Aroma of malted barley, corn and yeast. Taste of barley, corn and yeast. Crisp lager, but not much flavor. BeerKurve (520) - - MAR 4, 2012
Clear Yellow/Pale Straw color; Beers don’t get any clearer than this. The taste is very malty, overshadowing the grassy hops and yeasty flavors. However, none of the flavors tend to stand out and it ends up being a very average tasting Pilsner. The only redeeming quality it has is that it’s easy to drink and has a very crisp feel to it.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2012 Bottle. Judged against other pilseners, Eurotrash is pretty solid. Ironically, it only falls short when compared to European pilseners. The scent had a sweet tinge to it that I could only place as a sort of light salt water taffy. The transparent pour had a golden tint, almost zero head, and only a light ring, no lacing. The palate was a light body, and I though the texture was more sticky than crisp (as advertised). The taste was similar to sweet corn, settling into a mostly Mexican restaurant tortilla chip - not those airy ones you buy by the bag at the grocery store, but the thick corn tortilla chips served at your local Mexican joint. As I said, overall, a decent pilsener. arventresca (563) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Not very impressed with this one. Of all the beers I’ve had at this brewery, this one is at the bottom of the Harrell. Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 3, 2012
This beer is a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light body with a mildly hoppy character that has floral and grassy notes. Some malt in the background. The finish is short and hoppy. Pretty average offering from Southern Tier overall. Pours golden, pretty sweet aroma, a bit grasyy, has a lot of pilsner qualities, taste very eastern european, nice offering beerbill (3618) - Laurel, New York, USA - MAR 1, 2012
12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale urine gold with a thin fizzy white head that turned to a soapy film by the first sip and left a spot or two for lace. Skunky aroma. Not good. The flavor is harsh grainy malt which morphs into some moderate hops bitterness. Light bodied. Overall, a pretty crappy beer not worth the effort.
