The aroma reminds me of cheerios and has a hint of wheat. The beer has a great honey color.

Tap - small foamy head, clear bright yellow color, sweet light malty aroma and flavor, fair noble hop balance, crisp - would be refreshing on a hot summer day

12 oz bottle. Gold in color with an average white head. Aroma is of grain, herbal hops, and grass. Taste is of grain, herbal tea, light lemon, and earth. travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 19, 2014
Bottle. The look is clear, whitish head, golden in color. The smell is grains, sweet, honey, florals, and light hops. The taste is grainy, light, blah, and malt. Darwenus (1136) - Virginia, USA - APR 16, 2014
Not an amazing beer, and not up to Southern Tier’s standards. But overall, it isn’t bad. It pours really bright and clear, lots of carbonation, medium head. The aroma is mildly sweet and fruity. Mildness seems to be where pilseners register, or at least that is how they hit my palate . This one certainly is mild. The malt is sweet but not rich, it’s crisp. Thin. But I don’t mean to say this beer isn’t enjoyable. It’s pretty OK.

Well I'm not a big Pilsner fan to start... To me this kind of tastes like a Budweiser with a little more hops. Light, crisp, very little head, notes of straw, grass and rubbing alcohol. Most likely the worst beer I've had from Southern Tier. Not so bad I'm going to dump it, but I would save this for my friends who drink miller lite.

Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz has a medium head, a somewhat hazy, slightly bubbly, yellow-gold appearance, and some thin, splotchy lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, cracker, with some grassy hops. Taste is the same. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Southern Tier Eurotrash Pilz finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and dry. Overall, this is nice. I like it. RJT airrick2003 (872) - Louisiana, USA - APR 10, 2014
Appearance: this beer poured with practically no head, the beer is a very clear light gold color
Aroma: very pale grain, wheat, perhaps some corn,
Taste: very plain, perhaps some wheat flavor, perhaps some corn, very slight bitterness on the finish
Palate: lively carbonation, minimal wheat/corn aftertaste, leaves mouth dry
Overall: I'm not a fan of this style but am a big fan of this brewery so I tried it, I'm still not a fan of the style but this is one of the better pilsners

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours bright yellow, with busy carbonation and a fizzy white head. This is what a pilsener should look like so no complaints there. Then I hit a "bridge out" sign. The aroma has faint biscuit malts but what I am really getting is grass and skunk. Not a green or clear bottle but there you have it. Appropriate light and refreshing. The taste is a slight step up with a slightly more notable malt character followed by a crisp, clean, dry hop finish. JHeath99 (1678) - Warner Robins, Georgia, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Tap from The Rookery. Pours a transparent gold with a thin layer of off white head. Aroma of fruit and bread. Taste of yeast/bread/grain with nice carbonation.
