COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer may have a cheeky name, but donít be fooled; it is modeled after fine European pilsners to be light and crisp. Aromatic Noble hop varieties, 2-row malted barley and European style pilsner malt contribute to this pale beerís smooth character.

Great European style. Donít get caught up on the lack of hops. Blows away Pilsner Urquell........

A nice example of a Pilsner Lager. Southern Tier has done it again....nice and crisp.

12 ounce bottle - $1.49 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia. DOB 01/18/12.

Appearance: Pours a crystalline, straw-hued body with a well frothed, white, sudsy head.

Smell: Pils malt with accents of grain and dough and, though scantly, honey, too. Lemon-scented, floral, lightly spicy hops.

Taste: A clean, lightly sweet taste of pilsner maltiness with a faint kiss of wildflower honey. Light hint of grainy, gently-kneaded bread dough. Light lemon and spice from the hops with ample bitterness to balance out the initial sweetness and leaving one with a dry, crispish finish.

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation, fairly sudsy.

Overall: Crisp, clean, and refreshing. Iíll probably grab a six-er or two once the sweltering spring and summer hit in Georgia.

This is a light and hoppy beer. Itís got a clean finish with a slight bitter aftertaste. A good beer on a warm day.

Aroma mild, floral, meadow after rain, clean golden malts. Pleasant.
Appearance clear, golden with medium plus snow white cap.4-
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Ultra fresh clean cut approach. Nice lighter yet present balancing soft malt. Well rounded. Wrap of Noble hops. I want more of this stuff.

I thought this beer to be very good and refreshing. It has brilliant clarity and well carbonated. The head was a bit small but all in all, looks like you want to drink. Hops and malts work well here with a slight peppery or spicy notes. Malty tasting with some peppery hops coming through. Easy drinking . Prickly on the palette, smooth and clean.

Beautiful golden color, with a nice foamy head - great lacing. The nose is very German, with a crisp hoppyness reminiscent of old world pilsners. It's not a hearty craft beer, but it is a really, really solid homage to the German classics. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
