$2 single bottle at Lemon Tree. So why did I think this was some Imperial pilsener. Fooled by advertising, I guess. Smell under the cap has that papery oxidation like an imported lager. Pours a lot of foam over a bright straw body, just a slight bit of haze. Bit of oxidation i the glass, with light malt and just a bit of Noble hop in the nose. Taste is okay as this style goes. There is an occasional medicinal taste of phenol, only in flashes. So it is just like an imported pilsener after all. dfinney23 (3424) - Houston, Texas, USA - JAN 20, 2014
Even the best pilsener is still just a pils. Or pilz, as the case may be. Pale yellow, white head, some hop and malt notes. travita (5008) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 19, 2014
Bottle. The look is clear, whitish head, golden in color. The smell is grains, sweet, honey, florals, and light hops. The taste is grainy, light, blah, and malt. jkwalking05 (4745) - Arlington, Texas, USA - APR 19, 2014
12 oz bottle. Gold in color with an average white head. Aroma is of grain, herbal hops, and grass. Taste is of grain, herbal tea, light lemon, and earth. skoisirius (1908) - Earth, Washington, USA - APR 25, 2014
Possibly one of the first (besides the Creme Brulee) from ST I’m not all that into. Just kinda lacks body and anything interesting going on. Little watery. Nice grass note towards the finish though.

Bottle pour. Clean piss yellow with small head. Restrained nose of straw and faint cut grass. Taste is crisp and light. Biscuits and lemon. Some grassy bitterness. A well executed, not all that interesting, day drinker. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 23, 2014
I picked this one up simply for the name. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains on the nose without much else; same for the palate. Finishes fairly clean. hotstuff (5273) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 14, 2014
Backlog rating on 8-24-2012 (Bottled on 01/18/2012) This beer’s appearance is a small smooth white head that mostly diminishes, transparent yellow body, extremely fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is grainy, malt, grass and floral hops. The flavor is lightly bitter, grassy hops, grainy, and malt. The mouthfeel of this beer is moderate carbonation and this is a light bodied beer. This beer is easy to drink, but the flavor did not leave me wanting this beer again. It is not a bad flavor, it just needs more of it. angel77 (3987) - oviedo, SPAIN - SEP 23, 2014
