Lightly hazy gold beer. Tiny white head. Light and semi crisp and a little dry. Mild fresh orange segues seamlessly in to light bitterish marmalade. Minerally finish with a carbonated bite. Refreshing.

, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grain, barley, some slight US hops as well as some floral notes. Flavour is barley, slight floral and fruity notes along with some mild hayish notes. Easy to drink and quite balanced. Nothing mindblowing though.
UPDATED: FEB 1, 2007 Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden, firm small head. Citric grapefruity hop aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Lots of hay and grapefruit from the hops. WIth it’s interesting sweaty hay character it gets reminiscent of an Americanized Hook Norton Haymaker. Lingering bitter finish. In many Southern Tier I have found the malt profile to be too hard and clean, but in this beer the mouthfeel is a little more rounded and the crispness feels more appropriate. Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear golden with a rough white head. Extremely citrusy nose - very fresh. Medium body, a little sweet fruitiness and a dry and rather hoppy finish. Delicious, but nowhere near an ESB! 091109
