Pours golden lemon yellow. Moderate whitish head, dissipate quickly leaving moderate lacing. Nice effervescence. Lemony hops nose. Taste - moderate bitter with with a buttery finish, a ghost of vanilla. Crisp, smooth refreshing. I’m starting to like Southern Tier as a brewer - I’ll try more of their brew. The seeem to have a particular finesse with hops. Also this one seems structured to go really well with food - like grilled snapper.
Nice head with a golden color. Tastes smooth but highly average Easy to drink but nothing to write home about.

A light unobtrusive summery wheat ale that strikes a balance between grainy cereal flavors and mild citrus. A little tart, a little sweet, and a lot quenching. Pours a drab cloudy yellow with only a nip of head. A tight bubbled carbonation keeps things airy. gripweed57 (2861) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - MAY 20, 2017
12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy honey gold color topped by a large rocky white head. Fragrant sweet citrus malt nose. Tart citrus malt flavor. Notes of wheat, lemon, white bread, yeast and grassy hops. Light and refreshing. drsandman (1619) - New York, USA - APR 23, 2017

Pours up a straw hue with a fizzy white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is lime, grassy, grapefruit, slight cereal. Refreshing medium body and sharp carbonation. Taste is a little sweet, with a bitter following that lingers through the finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold color with a brief white head. Aroma is mostly wheat, a little hoppy and tart. Medium-light body, taste is kind of plain, a little bit of hop flavor, some citrus comes through and just a touch of tartness at the end. Overall, not bad. Bottle. Hazy light gold. Some dusty faded citrus hops and light wheat in aroma and flavor. Bleh, is this old?! Dusty, candy, some citrus hops. Lighter medium chalky body. malrubius (3017) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - JUL 8, 2016
Bottle from Julios. Clear gold with white head and lace. Mild spicy aroma with some bready and honey. Sweet malty honey nuts toast with mild herbal fairly dry finish. Light body refreshing carbo. Wheat ale is probably the worst beer style, but if I had to have one, this wouldn’t be too bad.
