COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three thousand feet above sea level in the misty mountains of Jamaica, some of the worlds finest Arabica beans are hand picked on their way to becoming Blue Mountain Coffee. Halfway around the world, plump spring barley grows to maturity in the loamy soil of North America while aromatic hops are cutivated to exacting standards. Here in our kettles, these three special ingredients are blended to create a heady mixture of sweet sugar, dark roast, and complex flavor. Please enjoy this brew in moderation.

Grado alcolico inafferrabile.

From memory. Had this before my RB days. Apparently thy don’t make it anymore. Similar profile to the other black water series. This one had a lot of coffe and was probably the best I the bunch. Unfortunately this and the mocha which are the two best were the ones discontinued.

22oz bottle (3/2012) pours near flat brown/black with a few bubbles. Nose is sweet chocolate and artfical roast coffee. Taste is tootsie roll, dusty cocoa, some dark coffee, hershey syrup, boozy. Finish is sweet syrupy hershey and chocolate, a little coffee. Not great at this stage.

A very good imperial stout but it is way too sweet for my liking. Very sugary and heavily coffee flavored. Smells sweet and like coffee ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I was disappointed on this one. Not being made any more and I found some so I bought a couple bombers. Too sweet for a stout. Not much, if any, coffee taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark brown coloured with a light brown head, medium duration. Roasted aroma with notes of light chocolate. Light coffee too.

Pours a dark black. Smell is heavy on the alcohol and coffee beans. This is a very creamy beer. Mouthfeel is very thick. Taste is also heavy on the coffee beans. Alcohol hidden well. Not as much flavor as I was hoping for.
