soon as you pop the bottle, you think there’s a pie coming out of the oven! unlike other pumpkin beers this isn’t overpowered by typical pie spices... pours a nice dark orange with a creamy head... lots of pie crust, pumpkin, cookie dough on the nose... some cinnamon, nutmeg... tastes like a pumpkin pie with a little less spice going down. creamy, medium body.. i just wish the flavor would last a little longer and it’d be perfect. my fav pumpkin beer!
Bottle thanks to Ben. Pours clear copper with a little white head which soon recedes. Aroma is pumpkin, spice and a bit of hay aroma. Taste is pumpkin spice, harsh spice bitterness and not much else going on. leahanne (6) - - OCT 30, 2017 does not count

Pours light orange golden and mostly translucent. Tastes of spices, nutmeg, Brown sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin. It has a resinous, medium to full bodied palate with moderate carbonation. It’s spicy and dry. A big spice/herb/vegetable beer with a cinnamon and brown sugar finish. MrTipple (6464) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2017
Intense pumpkin spices, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, molasses, honey. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sweet. More pumpkin spices, cloves, nutmeg, sweet grain and bread malts, caramel, molasses, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice Pumpkin Ale, rich and intense. Bottle from Milk & Hops Astor, Manhattan. Troupis (264) - - OCT 27, 2017
Lots added at the end of the process makes this not work for me. The underlying beer is actually really strong.
Great aroma and robust flavor.

12oz bottle poured at home. Puts hazy fall/Texas/pumpkin orange. Not much aroma bit of malt some spice. Taste is a balance of warm malt bourbon vanilla clove and bitterness. Interesting balance of sweet spicy hoppy.

12 ounce bottle shared. First of all I love this beer. I look for it every year. Scent of spices. Bronze in color. Taste the pumpkin and some spices like nutmeg. Pretty smooth for the 8.6 alcohol. Overall this is an awesome pumpkin beer. Bacchus66 (940) - South Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2017
On tap, ADT. Not a huge fan of pumpkin beers in general, but this is top notch stuff. Hazy golden orange pour with a white head, complex and layered aromas and flavors of pumpkin spice, sweet malt, crisp hops, caramel, vanilla, nuts, oak. Full bodied, spiced finish. Pretty much delicious. 'Tis the season... ABUSEDGOAT (2852) - California, USA - SEP 18, 2017
Copper colored with a white head. Aroma is pumpkin, cinnamon, spice, caramel, pie. Medium to full bodied, big pumpkin pie flavors, very drinkable, alcohol hidden well. It's not exactly complex but very drinkable for what it is. Chalumeaux (1709) - Middleton, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 15, 2017
Poured from bottle clear copper with a thin white head. Aromas of pumpkin pie spices and hops. Taste is malt spices and lingering hop bitterness. Interesting.
