Bottle. Pours golden copper with a sticky white head. Aromas of toffee, stone fruit and floral hops. Flavors are toffee, sweet malt, stone fruits, white grape, herbal tones and a measured hop bite. Noticeable alcohol warmth. Sticky, sweet mouthfeel. A bit overly sweet, but the restraint of hops is somewhat refreshing. williamstome (1989) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 12, 2015

22 ounce bottle. Amber orange color. Small creamy white head. Intense sweet malt nose with pine hop notes. Flavor mirrors the nose. A big sweet maltiness is balanced by the intense pine and grapefruit hop bitterness. This IIPA beer is big and bold, very much in the vein of the great West Coast IIPA’s. One of Southern Tier’s finest efforts. weordie (1404) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 1, 2015
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2015 Pours copper with a foamy head. Very strong sweet malt aroma. That’s a malty beer. Something like stone would produce. This is a man’s beer. stevoj (5586) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 26, 2015
Growler from Albertsons. First sip, and I’m already impressed. Orange amber body with thick fluffy head. Piney hop aroma, slightly astringent. Taste is pure hop, but exceedingly smooth. Alcohol heat kicks in on the way down the pipe. Beautiful all the way around, delicious, excellent brew.

Rich pine and citrus hop aromas with a touch of fruits and malts to go with it. Flavor has a nice piney punch with the toffee, toasty malts coming on strong. Overall its pretty good, a bit malty for my tastes but good. dhatton (241) - Mendham, New Jersey, USA - SEP 25, 2015
Pours clear orangish amber with limited head. Sweet resinous hoppy pine aroma. Flavor is nicely balanced between grapefruit and light malts. Not much bitterness. ABV sneaks up on you. Fierce IIPA gave me a dirt nap. sinfull (1802) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 15, 2015

On tap at uno,Hamilton. Yellow Orange color. Head is off white, and looks creamy and lasting. Aroma is light, grass, straw,. Taste is yummy. Not at all typical IPA tastes. Woody and hoppy, but Very smooth. Amazing considering the abv. In my top 3 IPA’s.
