Bomber. Pours transparent black with a slight desert tan head. Aroma is primarily of pie spices backed with a roasted quality. At first taste my palate is swept away by a large spice character followed closely by the taste of a slightly overdone pie crust. The roasted quality of the malt intertwines magnificently with the spices to form a unique flavor reminiscent of a fine pastry. The body is absolutely perfect. Pumpking is outdone by the complexity of Warlock. Have another? Its impossible to say no when Im subdued by liquid black magic.

Bottle. Dark black color. Dark fruit aroma, raisins. plums. Autumn spices. Chocolate and roasted malt. Slight woody notes. Flavor is well balanced between the rich, chewy maltyness and the spice. Slight alcohol warmth on the finish. Lots of chocolate. Very nice.

strong malty with pumpkin spice aromas. black in color with very little head. taste is a chocolately pumpkin spice beer. faint lingering pumpkin spice taste. Who would have thought chocolate and pumpkin spice went well together?

This is a nice Imperial Stout with a very pleasing aroma of fresh pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice, and some ginger. Taste is smooth when chilled with a bit of peppery spice. This is more pumpkin *spice* than it is pumpkin alone. Not my favorite taste, but given the rest of the brew- its smoothness, aroma, feel on the tongue, I rated this pretty well.

Great googily moogily at the indulgence...Pumpkin pie slathered in Hershey syrup with a huge dollop of Cool Whip on top. BIg, sweet, boozy and unapologetic. Good if you like nutmeg. Luckily I do. Slight bitterness on the fade, but holy hell is this brew a dessert in a bottle.
