Bottle at Burning Soul tasting night; clear yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has light citrus, taste has sweet malts, hint of citrus.

500ml bottle from the Inn Beer shop, Southport. Pours clear pale gold with a thin persistent white head. Aromas of cereal, butterscotch. Taste is light sweet, biscuit. Sweet, buttery finish.

50cl bottle, a gift from my daughter after a business trip to Southport. A bright straw coloured pour with a scummy looking white head; musty citrus aroma; caramel malt taste; with a toasty finish with a herbal bitterness. Lightly hazed golden amber with little in the way of a head.
Nose is bitter orange, toasted malts, light hop notes.
Taste comprises orange pith, bitter citric fruit, toasted malts.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish with light grassy notes.

Cask. Slightly cloudy gold ale with a thick white head. Nice tangerine nose. Really lovely light tangerine and lychee taste. Proper session beer with plenty of flavour.
