absolutely superb summer ale ,good citrus tones, perfect mouthfeel, very moreish just writing about it makes me want another! JorisPPattyn (10026) - Ursel, BELGIUM - SEP 26, 2009
Good, fluffy, light-yellow head over light golden, clear (or ought I to say "bright"?) beer. Very nice grapey hops, bit of dishtowel, honey - and hops again, US ones. Very bitter head, hoppy, getting into a superb hoppy taste, grapey hops, fresh citrus, more dishwater (not disturbing, however), and a very spritzy MF. Light bodied, but giving an impression of density and alcohol, that widely surpasses its modest 4% ABV. British in alcohol, American in flavour - profuse thanks to Ewan McD for this true gem! I can only try to imagine how this must be on a well-cared for cask... maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2009
Cask conditioned handpump Merchants Inn Rugby. A golden coloured beer with an off-white head and lacing. A nice hoppy beer with grapefruit and orange notes throughout. A touch of soap in the mouth too. Lovely fresh tasting beer. I thought this had Motueka rather than US hops but hey ho. peter48er (185) - Liverpool, Merseyside, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2009
500ml Bottle Conditioned. Light golden/ye//ow with a small off white head and little carbonation. Hops and citrus jump out of the glass and are joined by lots of bitterness in the mouth & swallow. Very flowery and refreshing as well as totally moreish. A lovely beer. dogbomb (1229) - ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2013
Cask. Slightly cloudy gold ale with a thick white head. Nice tangerine nose. Really lovely light tangerine and lychee taste. Proper session beer with plenty of flavour.

Cask gravity at Berry Walmer. Clear gold thin white head. Nice hoppy golden ale. A little thin on the malt but attractive stingy hop finish.
