750mL Bottle. Thanks for sharing, Chas! Dry, peppery aroma backed with a little reduced apple juice and lots of minerals. Flavors quickly open with a whole lot of natural apple funk. Earth, white pepper, dust, ethyl acetate, and other wooly creatures. There’s a light snap of acidity and a good sparkle. Personally, I don’t care for the taste of apples fermented with their own yeast, as it gets a little too tape and foot tasting, but I appreciate the quality of this one and the underlying apples. I think it’s a good example of a rustic, mousy natural cider. SoLan (1550) - Florida, USA - JAN 15, 2010

Merritt Island Throwdown, thanks CheeseMan! Warm honey color with nice foamy white head. Astringent nose of apple brandy, chardonnay, biscuity. Fizzy, thin palate. Dry apple skin and seed flavors. Nice tartness. CheesedMan (572) - Saint Cloud, Florida, USA - APR 5, 2008
Maybe my cider-philia is getting the better of me. Pours a crystalline golden yellow, with a steady bead coming forth. The aroma is sweet apples, yeast, floral notes. The flavor is glorious, crisp, acidic and direct. The apples are the star here, but this cider finishes very dry, with the essence of green apples, hitting you at the end. Amazingly, the 10% alcohol is virtually non-existent in the flavor, this is an awesome cider.
