0.5 l bottle from „Sörspecialista”, Bp.
Clear golden coloured brew with a big, loose textured white head, which collapses slowly and leaves at last a thin film behind.
Sweet-sourish, spicy smell.
Sipping begins medium sharp and sweet-spicy followed in the middle by bread and herbs escorted by mild honey sweetness.
The medium to long end is bittersweet with citrusses and robust herbals. crossovert (14359) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2011
A very delicious and hoppy pils. This is just brimming with that sweet, herbal, bitter, citrusy hoppy goodness. cardofab (235) - Teramo- ITALY, ITALY - MAR 14, 2011
Bevuta alla spina, è molto piacevole a tavola perchè ben equilibrata e leggermente amara. culchiem (4339) - Berlin, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2011
Bottle. Fine looking pils, medium gold with a good laced head. Aroma of malt and gentle hop. Nice sharp hop flavour with a malt finish. Palate turns from sweet to bitter, interesting. Really good pils, probably the best I have had. jonas (8625) - Garching close to the monks, GERMANY - JAN 9, 2011
Bottle. Pale golden, big bubbles, white foam. Hayish malt base, good broad citric hop profile, lemons on green grass, metallic aftertaste. Sparkly mouthfeel, chewy enough. The rusty finish makes it a bit unbalanced, slightly more aromatic hops might help.

Bottle. Lightly sweet barley and dry hay hops aroma. Clear pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet creamy barley malt and moderately strong bitter metallic/hay hops flavor. Finishes a bit watery. Okay but too light. fonefan (53396) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 25, 2010

Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, fruity, light moderate hoppy, fresh grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic.
Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. It pours a clear yellow beer with a nicely lasting lacing white head. Faint diacetyl showing up (?) in the nose. Reminiscent of bohemian pilsener. Buttery with a subdued bitterness. Breakfast cereals (sugar puffs), pop corn, jasmine and slight honey emerging in the taste. I definitely didn’t really enjoy this beer. A bit dissapointing. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - APR 25, 2010
Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Smooth grassy, hayish and semisweet malty notes. Flavour is quite much the same, with also some mild doughy notes. Quite grassy dry finish. MoritzF (10255) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - APR 13, 2010
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly grainy pale malty aroma with moderate herbal hoppy notes. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crispy mouthfeel. Slightly grainy malty taste, slightly chalky with herbal accents, leading into the dry and moderately hop bitter finish with a tinge of metal. I have expected more. 10.IV.10
