Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Hazy deep golden coloured with a big white head and nice curtains. Very malty and bready with a hoppy finish. Very soft mouthfeel. Well balanced. Fresh. Really nice.

Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma is grassy. taste is fresh made bread, grass. Bitter finish. probably the best keller I had in my life after Mahr’s U. By the way, I bet in a blind taste one will hardly get the differences between these two beers.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2003 Sampled draught Berliner Bier-Festival.
Cloudy yellow with firm, creamy head. Sweet malt aroma. Cottony, very soft mouthfeel. Rather sweet and medium bodied. Low bitterness. A rich, unfiltered helles with great balance!

Draft at pub pours cloudy yellow with filmy white head. Nutty, bready nose with grassy edge, slight orange-zest zip. Moderate bitterness with green and bready undertones, somewhat nutty but a clean aftertaste. Good character, refreshing, easily likable, interesting.

Etwas herb-malziger Abgang, weitestgehend vom Hopfen dominiert. Test vom 23.9.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,12,12,12,-,12 - 11,89

BeerCast_Rich (1906) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 25, 2012
[tap at Brauhaus Spandau as Havelbrau Hell] Opaque peach colour, large white head. Some wheat sweetness, but also lemon, like a mild sweet lemonade. Very smooth and mild on the palate, good mouthfeel. Highly drinkable, not much evidence of alcohol on the flavour. Unfined, but little yeast profile on the flavour other than a slight marzipan edge to the finish. Really very nice indeed, had three of these interspersed with the schwartzbier [19042012]

Dedollewaitor (16171) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 9, 2013
Tap @ Brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy head. Lemon and citrus. A bit of bread and grass. Smooth, hoppy and dry. Great!

3.5
jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JAN 27, 2003
The soapy aroma scared me a little but everything was ok after tasting the first sip. Sweet, grain (haver), smooth and a medium body. Cloudy, golden color, white head, good lace. Long lasting light finish with a nice hop bitterness. Not bad at all and quite strong for a helles.
