A collaboration brew with The Real Dill, this slightly sour, salted wheat beer had fresh cucumber water added post fermentation and was gently spiced with coriander. Super refreshing!

Draught. No head. Sweet fruity aroma. Heavily carbonated fruity sweet flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short finish. Could not taste the cucumber and would have expected more acidicty. Low carbonation. Long finish.

10 oz at the brewery. Looks much hazier than the regular gose. Much like every cucumber beer with a sourness to it, this is pickle juice. And the salt certainly doesn’t make this an exception. Don’t get me wrong, I love pickle juice. A light wheaty beer backs up the pickle character to make this a real refresher. Straightforward.

Pours lightly hazy golden with small white head. This is a bit too pickled, wanted more fresh cucumber and watermelon type rind. Notes of salt, mustard, coriander and wheat.

Hazy light golden with a thin ring of white foam. The nose initially smells of coriander and cumin, but then a bit of lemon tartness and a bit of pickle come in. The flavor is crisp and slightly lemony and salty with a nice touch of cucumber and wheat. Crisp and more delightful than I thought it would be. Though the salinity and the cucumber almost form a pickle like flavor. It’s fun but could get exhausting.

Very and cloudy. Fresh cucumber aroma, fresh cucumber taste, light saltiness, really refreshing...eminently quaffable.

On tap at the brewery. Clear gold appearance with a diminishing white head. Aroma of cucumber, watermelon, mineral brine, light bread, light salt and a hint of pickle juice. Similar flavor, fruity and lightly herbal with a light sour, light salty finish. Light body with a crisp feel and ample carbonation. A little weird but pretty refreshing and easy to drink overall.
