No lightweight, Big Daddy I.P.A. tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a dry, clean finish that leaves the scene without a trace.

Very good IPA, I sense they got some ideas witht he strength from Stone. heh heh very nice pour from the bottle, good head and great colour! Flavour was of very strong hops, and a very slight citrus finish.

Pours a bright yellow with a white head with some pretty decent retention. Nice big citrus aroma with some light sweet malt. The flavor also has a nice balance between the refreshing grapefruit and orange peel and the caramel malt. The hop punch is in the front followed by a sort of thin body and a bitter/clean finish. Not a bad IPA overall, though I thought it could a bit more body.

Bottle golden yellow golden color a little hazy. Medium head. Aroma is of a spicy hops. Great spicy hop flavor. Clean finish. Tastes great with a nice texture. IPA’s are my favorite type, and this one is an excellent addition I’ll drink again.

On tap at the Toronado. probably the smallest beer (gravity-wise) that I tasted at the Toronado Bar, but I am dedicated to local brewing wherever I may be. Pours gold with a thick white head. Mild hop aroma. Good hop flavor. Awesome to drink while eating a couple of sausages from next door. It was brutal to try and select flavor nuances from this beer after the high gravity monsters that preceeded it.

12 oz bottle-pours a big foamy white head, goes to rocky with hazy gold color. Aroma is citrus hops, sweet. Taste is initial medium hops with immediate dominating caramel malt. OK/mild carbonation. Interesting, nice.

Liked the bottle design, very unusual for a 12 oz to be screen printed. Clear golden coloure ale with a large frothy/bubbly off white head. WOW, very nice strong spicy/lemony hop aroma to this one. mmm the taste is bitter alright, but for me not the usual IPA. Its a mild bitterness and almost smooth, yet long lasting and turns syruppy sweet, almost honeyish in the end. Not a bad mouthfeel at all, semi=smooth. Overall a pretty tasty and slightly off kilter IPA, well worth tasting again.

This is a great IPA. One of my favorite beers. Nice light straw golden color. Great hoppy aroma. Not so subtle bittering hops. Just a touch of malt for balance. Great bitter after-taste. Nice white slightly lingering head, with sticky lace all the way down. Nice dry finish.

Pale honey in color. Big acidic citrus nose. Medium nectar. Medium sized froth with ample residual effers. Big, bright jackhammer citrus rind that leaves scar tissue behind. Clean and refreshing.

Had this while on vacation in San Fran. Small head. Aroma of pine that matches the bitter flavor. Rather light in color and mouthfeel. Thumbs up overall.
