Tap @ Bishops Arms, Hornsgatan. Black with a tanned head that is leaving rich lacing. Nice rosted notes in the citrus hoppy aroma. Very smooth and rounded mouthfeel, gentle carbonated. Big roasted malt backbone. Liquorice taste, citrus hoppy, sweet toffee and overall pleasant rosted taste. Ashy, smooth and zesty finish. VsXsV (4418) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JAN 4, 2016
Draught. Opaque black liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of coffee, licorice, citrus, tangerine, ash, pine, tangerine and pumpernickel. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of tangerine, coffee, caramel, toffee, citrus and licorice. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Nice but malty and roasted. More like a hoppy stout. ansalon (3798) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - JAN 4, 2016
Pours black with a very low tan head. Aromas of peach, apricot, citrus, roasted malts, chocolate, brown sugar. Taste is very fruity with some nice roasted notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 31, 2015
Amazing black IPA. Big black pour with a tan foam head. Nice flavours of bitter hops, pine, and floral hops. A huge malt backbone holds it up. Delicious. TimE (5793) - Tokyo, JAPAN - DEC 27, 2015
Dark brown color, light brown head. Big hoppy floral nose with lots of roasted malt and coffee. Lighter bodied, modest hoppiness with roasted malt. Fairly well made if not a bit simple, but surpringly approachable.

The aroma is the best part of the beer. High hops and sweet grass. Great bouquet that doesn’t follow in taste. Taste is a bit bitter and watery. Hips are there but not much else with complexity. Color is blackish red and see through. Tap. reebtogi (6246) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 18, 2015
650ml bottle pours black in color with a 2 finger light tan head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted grains with grapefruit and pine. Taste is a roasted grain, citrus and pine hop bitterness with a chocolate malty sweetness. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a well crafted brew that suits the style well and must be sampled. patricks110 (2491) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 16, 2015
I really like this black IPA. Pours an opaque black with a thick and dense tan head that dissipates slowly. The nose is rich with toasted and chocolate malt, light citrus notes. Well balanced with a rich malt up front and a nice citrus and light pine bitterness on the finish. I like this beer. Beerdedone (3401) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2015
