3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Medium gold with a nice thick foam. Citrus and floral on the nose but not overbearing. Medium body with good mouthfeel. Hops are well balanced. Citrus bite is met with sweet malt and bread. Finish is dry and bittersweet. Pretty nice.
Pours dark amber with a soft one-finger white head.
Strong hoppy aroma, grapefruit mostly but something spicy also.
Taste is sweet but not too much, with some notes of honey at first, then a strong bitterness comes out in a very long lasting finish. More balanced than expected.
Not too fizzy, medium body, alcohol very well hidden. Dangerously drinkable. Leini (2079) - SWEDEN - MAY 27, 2017
On tap @ The Flying Dog, Stockholm. Bright amber body with a low head. Tropical fruit followed by a nice bitterness. colui72 (1099) - HONG KONG - MAY 14, 2017
Hazy amber, big cream frothy head, lot of lacing. Aroma is peach, apricot, dates. Taste gets caramel malts, lots of ripe fruits, feels like a very light barley wine, apricot and peach, pine and resin. Well balanced between sweet and bitter. Medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long bitter finish. Nice ale, less boring than many others. rumore (765) - Rimini, ITALY - MAY 8, 2017
From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours relatively hazy dark gold with limited white foam. Aroma is grassy, honey, raisins, bread. Body is dense, with a bit of astringency. Taste is a nice combination of sweet and bitter, the latter being somehow predominant. Finish is short enough. FunkyF (1335) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 25, 2017

Aroma is hoppy with citrus, grapefruit and pineoil. Taste is tropical sweet fruity but also a little bit soapy and pine bitterness. From bottle that may be a little "tired". Will try again. Fukito (1064) - Santiago, CHILE - JAN 1, 2017
Hazy orange color with a medium, lasting, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet piney resin with some nettle spicyness and a touch of overripe orange. Flavor is same resin with strong grapefruit notes and a strong bitter flavor. Medium to full palate. Big but a little bit rough. kryon (3846) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2016

Old Skool DIPA, remember thinking this was great back in the day, now it’s low end for the style in my book.
