3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Notes from my backlog: Copper pour with good clarity and an off white head. Citrusy hop aroma- crisp orange and cascade notes. Light body. Mild biscuity flavor, dry and clean overall with a mild toasted malt note and bright citrus orange notes. Dry biscuity finish. Decent session.
Tap at Rattle N Hum. Pale amber pour. The nose is light and fairly fresh. Some light pine resin as well as a touch of citrus. A bit of grapefruit in a fairly light-bodied ale. It’s not thin per se, but it’s light. A touch of herbal grassy hoppiness toward the finish with maybe a bit of pine as well. Nice balance of malts and hops – hoppy but not all that bitter. I could drink a gallon of this stuff, even if at 5% it’s not really a mild. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - JUN 9, 2010
Draft @ RnH. Amber pour , almost still. Hopped up mild, with some light grass and earthy hops, also a bit of fruity hop presence. Is this really a mild? puzzl (3260) - New York, New York, USA - APR 22, 2010
Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. Nice combo of English and German hop in the nose, with a touch of starfruit. Of course, that is not what mild is supposed to smell like. Dry, tannic body, fairly yeasty, with a lot of unmalted barley notes. Fruity and American, not very Mild at all. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - APR 17, 2010
Draft. Pours a crimson amber body with an off white head. Light herbal notes, floral hop tones, grass y with some earth y hop tones. Chewy with a grass y body and a mild spice to boot. Nice.

Tap @ Rattle n Hum - I believe that RnH had this listed over 5% abv... can it really be called a mild? Anyway... Peach and fruity, caramel. Tastes like a basic pale ale. blipp (9502) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAR 30, 2010
Draft. Pours amber with a thin beige head. Light hoppy aroma with some toasty notes and a light sweetness. The flavor has toasted grains, floral hops, and a light citric fruity note. Well balanced and drinkable. tgncc (3136) - Bellmore, New York, USA - MAR 22, 2010
The aroma is earthy and floral hops, some notes of chocolate. the appearance is deep orange, translucent, white head. The flavor is chcoolate, caramel, earth. The finish is a light hop bittering, some citrus. Wierd and watery finish, strange for what is otherwise a decent brew. The mouthfeel is watery, the body thin to thin/medium. Not bad for what it is.
