Prohibition Ale is a boldly hopped amber ale that strikes a perfect balance between caramel maltiness and its aggressive hopping.

One very strong amber ale. Beautiful color. Nice thick head. When you taste it it hits you right away which is a bit strong but the aftertaste is amazing. It stays long after the first sip.

Nice beer. After taste is amazing. As I predicted, it had aggressive hop attack, then was so light and creamy. Nice hop with maltz, caramel, honey. Good beer. It is thick and brown. Recommended with food. What I miss here is the aroma.

Bottiglia.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours somehow hazy and dark red with fluffy brownish foam, fine. Aroma is an enjoyable mix of caramel, resinous, hazelnut, terrain. Body is medium-dense. Taste is sweet at first, with some bitterness coming up. Finish is not particularly long

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2017 Poured from a bottle, it appears hazy and unfiltered, with a deep amber coppery tone topped of with a very thin head of white froth, which dissipates quickly, leaving thin lacing, but reappears on swirling. Aroma is strongly caramel malt, together with hoppy notes of resin, florals and some fruit. Taste starts off lightly sweet, with notes of caramel, resin, florals and some fruit, then earthy undertones of bread, biscuit and dough, before finishing with bitter, though fairly abrupt. Carbonation feels quite lively, a bit too much for my taste, but strangely enough, it is paired with a rather thin and watery feel, especially towards the end.
